The individuals included on this ballot have expressed their interest in serving the Club and supporting its mission to connect, promote, and strengthen the Puget Sound maritime community. BOARD MEMBER EXPECTATIONS
Serving on the Seattle Propeller Club Board of Governors is an opportunity to help guide and strengthen the maritime community through leadership, advocacy, and service.

Serve a three-year term
Attend Majority of monthly board meetings (virtual)
Represent the club at regular Club events
Act as an advocate for the Seattle Propeller Club within the maritime industry by encouraging participation from peers and colleagues
Board members are expected to serve with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to supporting the continued success of the Club and the broader maritime community.

Maggie Moon IS THE CMO of Glosten and an active participant in Seattle’s maritime community. A former Seattle Propeller Club Board member, she brings previous Club leadership experience and strong relationships across the regional maritime industry.

KYLE MANIS
Kyle Manis is the founder of Beluga Strategy and has a background in corporate finance, strategic planning, analytics, and business transformation, including previous experience with BCG and Vigor. His work combines financial and operational strategy with extensive experience in Seattle’s maritime industry.

The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel - Seattle RICCARDO MAROSSA
Riccardo Marossa is a hospitality professional with The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle and has deep personal and professional ties to the maritime industry, including previous experience as a cruise ship purser. He also brings nonprofit leadership experience as a Board member and Treasurer of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals.

Jesse Richardson is a maritime professional with Foss Maritime Company with more than 25 years of industry experience. He brings extensive knowledge of the maritime sector along with experience in strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.

Jayne Russell is THE FOUNDER OF JE Russell Interiors and has built her career working alongside shipyards, vessel operators, engineers, vendors, and other maritime organizations. Her experience has given her a broad network and perspective across multiple areas of the maritime industry.
